Individual mason jar cheesecakes with creamy filling and graham cracker crust. No baking required – perfect make-ahead dessert ready in 4 hours.
Ingredients

- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Fresh berries for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt
- Press crust mixture into bottom of 6-8 mason jars
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice to cream cheese
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, fold into cream cheese mixture
- Fill jars with cheesecake mixture leaving ½ inch space
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until set
- Top with fresh berries before serving
Notes
Can be made 3 days ahead. Substitute ingredients for dietary restrictions as needed. Freeze up to 3 months.
