Description

Individual mason jar cheesecakes with creamy filling and graham cracker crust. No baking required – perfect make-ahead dessert ready in 4 hours.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

 

  • Fresh berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt
  • Press crust mixture into bottom of 6-8 mason jars
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy
  • Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice to cream cheese
  • Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, fold into cream cheese mixture
  • Fill jars with cheesecake mixture leaving ½ inch space
  • Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until set

 

  • Top with fresh berries before serving

Notes

Can be made 3 days ahead. Substitute ingredients for dietary restrictions as needed. Freeze up to 3 months.
