Mini Cloud Bread Desserts are a fluffy, low-carb treat perfect for sweet tooths who want something light and healthy.
Ingredients
3 large egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp monk fruit or stevia (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Natural food coloring (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Separate egg whites and place them in a clean bowl.
3. Add cream of tartar and beat on medium-high until soft peaks form.
4. Gradually add sweetener and beat to stiff peaks.
5. Fold in vanilla, cornstarch, and color or flavor gently.
6. Spoon onto the baking sheet in small rounds.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until lightly golden.
8. Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Don’t overfold—air is key.
Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
For extra flair, dust with monk fruit or cocoa.
