Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Grate the apples and set them aside.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, half and half, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
